  7. I I love Rimmel of London's Emerald Sparkle eyeliner. It comes with a smudge tip and sharpener. I wish the green was a little bit deeper, though. I will save up for UD 24/7 in covet.
Okay, I admit it, I AM CONFUSED. Pantone makes the colour emerald; but yet, as I was watching Pixiwoo on YouTube, they stated that on the runways for spring all they saw was dewy skin and blue was the "in " colour.
So, I compromised. My nails are an older colour of OPI called Oceanic Blues, which give me the best of both worlds.
But honestly, who is Pantone and how long is the emerald going to be "in" as far as they are concerned? And then, how long do the runway trends last?
Life is so simple when you just do a neutral eye and red lips.
All help will be greatly appreciated.
    Take care of you!

  10. Hi Larissa!

If I'm remembering correctly, the Pantone color is the basis of a colour palette. While emerald is the main color, other colors coincide with it. Last year for instance the color was tangerine, but the "in" colors included some pinks, yellow, grey, and other colors. The Pantone color is basically what the other "in" colors are based off of. Also, while this is the color of the year, the colors for each season will vary. So for spring, blue is one of the colors. The Pantone color also spans more than just makeup. It's the color for home, fashion, design...everything. However, I seriously have no idea exactly who Pantone is or why they get to decide anything haha!
